you were not asking for intel installer. ppc is working until 10.6.8 on intel too.

as you can see the 3.1.1 is a bug fix release for mountain lion.
so it doesnt make sense to use 3.1.0 with mountain lion anyway!

I can confirm, v3.1.1 cannot be fully registered using the name 'printroot'. Despite the key is accepted, actually, registration data is not saved, therefore the program remains unregistered.
Given that the update is not significant, I don't plan to publish new registration data.

Windows and Mac OS versions use different licensing systems. Windows version encrypted/packed using Armadillo.
I think there is a number of solutions for unpacking such applications. Give Google a try!

there's only a ppc installer for 3.1.0 on the site, he asked about the intel version. can you reupload the installer for the intel version?
