I have a Kodak NX about 4 years. Before I used plates made ESKO. But this plates didn't have HD flexo. There is a big difference. DigiCap in NX gives a high quality, I can combine on one plate raster and dies and I don't have problems in printing... And I use old aniloxes...

It's depends from politics of supplier and can be quite different so ask your regional dealers

Kodak NX plate production time shorter than competitors (solvent based).
1:45 for 90x120 and 2:00 for big size.
it's almost same with Dupont FAST systems.

I think you are speaking about TIL imaging but after TIL you need to laminate it to Kodak NX plate and start solvent processing so final ready-to-go NX plate can't be as fast as Dupont FAST)

I think FAST is faster process.
What's the usual drying time for thin plates 1.14~2.84mm?

I am talking about final "ready to go" plates. We have Kodak NX and FAST system working together.

That is impressive. I also run FAST but some printers don't like it, cause the ink residue stuck in the rough floor surface, so it is hard to clean. So, for us, it is very limited to apply FAST for all jobs.
I guess you have both Esko and Kodak experience. So, let me ask about Maxtone SX screening. I really would like to know how it performs in real job, pros and cons, or no pros, or no cons
