Frankly speaking, this information has passed me by. Does this mean that the official list of ColorLogic apps will be expanded soon?
nope, sorry. my wording was a bit misleading.

i was basically referring to ColorAnt, CoPrA and ZePrA.

'basICColor display' was a simple, straightforward and in many cases quite effective app.
It would be great if it was reborn from the ashes like a phoenix

In the past, when I was young...

I didn't compare the latest versions, but in the days when I used both apps, the basICColor display was giving me the better results with non-professional displays. In fact, with non-professional displays the best results were with the DisplayCal... especially in the dark colors. I have to say, that these results were obtained with settings that lead to a noticeably longer processing time.

At least with DisplayCal I have the opportunity to get a better result with non-professional displays... although not always.
    Regards,
    CW

i1Profiler, I would personally say it's one of the better apps, although on a curved monitor it can be a bit of a nightmare!
