    These days I tend to use Din / Gotham for the heading as a go to!

    Can't go wrong with Helvetica in any flavor. Other favorites are Myriad Pro, Nobel, and Vitesse. Kepler for body text.

    I typically use Brandon Grotesque for sans serifs and Georgia for serifs. For display types there are just too many that clients love and each project is different.

    No to helvetica

    Helvetica is definitely great, but I make it a challenge to myself to not use it. There are many alternatives, 2 of my favourites are trade gothic & gotham.

    I love Nexa, and try to push it as much as I can. That said, recently, my clients have liked Helvetica Condensed and Eurostile a lot more. I don't mind them - they just have to be used appropriately.
