Milo Serif. The sharp tapered serifs are so formal, clean and stylish

Neat and clean as well as elegant. (I've also used these font's for CV's and a few employers did comment on the elegancy of CV)

    FF Meta Font Family,
    FF Din

I used Luxus Brut for our wedding programs. It was script-y enough to be elegant, yet very readable, especially in a small space.

If I want a really fancy and elegant script I normally go with Burgues Script. It takes a while to go through all the glyphs but the outcome is usually really nice.

If you're looking for a font on the decorative side I'd definitely use Parfumerie Script. Been using it a lot lately!

There are tons of beautiful script-fonts, it really depends on the content – or the message you want to express.

Just as an example: If you use the Fairfield font – its a more heavy font and somehow a little antique, it's been used on Opera-themes a lot.

But if you want something elegant, and still not to classy or to modern:
FF Ernestine. A beautiful font with lots of possibilities.

Bodoni would be my current choice for elegant design. I used it on a fashion based logo for my company.
