Cool What would you call this texture?

Hey guys, just out of curiosity what would you call this background texture? (Tumblr link below) I was thinking like grunge paper but when I do a Google search for it the search results don't match up. Maybe you guys can help give some insight as to what to search for to find a texture similar to this... MUCH APPRECIATED :-)

It looks a lot like retro metal flake sparkle vinyl... I would probably start there.

looks like just a film grain texture, if you just search grain texture and up the contrast of them you might achieve the same result.

I see it as "RECYCLED PAPPER TEXTURE" (edited)
    Something like this...

I think that's the right track, although I doubt it has to be recycled. I've seen something like that in hand-made papers, but I think you could get in the ballpark by scanning, say, the inside of a cereal box and cranking the living stars out of the contrast, then colourize to your preference.

Speckle. Look for "Function" brushes on Dribbble.com, there's quite similar.

I agree with the "recycled paper" or also some old/ruinend film effect

thats definitely recycled paper as the base, however there is an added layer of a textured brush.

Recycled paper or film grain. There's an iOS app called PicLab that can add various versions of the texture onto pictures.
