Is possible to convert CMYK to myk?

Good evening friends, I want to ask if you know any configuration for converting images into Photoshop from CMYK to MYK, but no with channel mixer, I refer from RGB to CMYK conversion but the result only MYK. I work a lot with pictures of skins, and I wanted to ask if you know a method to reach this conversion.

    Thanks in advance.

P.D. I placed a link to download a reference image.

If you create an ICC profile with maximum black separation then it shouldn't use any cyan where it is possible to reach the colour with MYK

Thanks friend, I tried with setup parameters from Photoshop before the conversion following your advice and the results about black generation is aceptable, but there is a little problem, the dark zones now contains low levels of M and Y, but no problem I can to resolve this!, Thanks you for your advice.

Photoshop's 'Custom CMYK' isn't the best tool to use. You should get much better results if you use proper profiling software.

do standard cmyk then copy the contents of c channel to k channel. Adjust curves as required to remove unintended consquences

what a nice idea! throw away all black channel information to lose all details and contrast of the image. really great!

1 - fire up your favorite browser and write "google.com" in the address bar
2 - write "cmyk to myk" in google's search text box and hit return on your keyboard (return = "enter" key)
3 - scroll down a little bit and find the youtube video titled "Tutorial Photoshop CC Usando Channel Mixer De CMYK a MYK Preprensa Flexo (Flexo Prepress)" and click on it
4 - whatch the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drwxkqd-ybs and learn, while you think how much of a friend that google guy is

it's plain photoshop, no plugins or costly tricks.
it is commented in spanish (which i understand perfectly) but i guess that even an ape could replicate it, as it's quite explicit.

most important lesson to be learned:
    - you have doubts? can you access google? then, google it! Google is your friend!

    cheers

normaly you must first have the spectral characterization data for example fogra 39. then you can delete with special tools like colorant with multicolor function the separation cyan. after that you can create an icc profile with myk and you can create an devicelink for cmyk to myk!

i think in such way should it works!

    good luck ;-)
