Did anyone try Semplice? I love it! It takes a few things to know first before you buy a license, but once you set up everything, it's amazing.

sqarespace seems to be a good option.

Grid is coming up. I heard people are expecting.
But it seems to be taking forever...

+1 for Semplice. It's built by designers for designers so you'll immediately feel like everything makes sense.

Hmmm more people than I expected are fans of just using Behance...guess it's worth seeing what it's like now. Haven't had a close look at it in a few years.

i wish behance's prosite portfolio templates were more beautiful...theyre just basic. not really a fan of theirs, which is unfortunate since its such a great design resource site. ive scoured the internet to find the perfect portfolio template, but in the end couldnt...and am just building my own. :(

    Behance for sure :)
Moreover with the recent layout changes on the page you can present the portfolio on a wider field which makes it look much better.

    Thumbs up

Using a large network such as behance is absolutely the correct way to go. I work for an international media company, and it's become more-or-less the first port of call when we're looking to hire a new creative for a contract. Having your own site is still a good idea, as you can reflect more of your creative personality through the design and individuality of your site, but ensure your work is on behance at the very least. The more networks you can join, the better.

Behance ProSite 2.0 is being released soon with a public beta. This upgrade will finally bring responsive websites that actually look good on mobile. I'm sticking with ProSite for now and looking forward to the new responsive designs.

I'd go with Behance as some people here have suggested.

To me and my work, ISSUU is the best, and you can read your portfolio just like a book.
