As leila mentioned, you can do a lot in Pitstop. Convert text to outlines, change colours and much more. You should check it out.

In my work I get a lot of pdf files by e-mail. Sometimes files are corrupted. But this is not always important. Sometimes it is necessary only in general terms have an idea about the contents. To save time, the question arose. Files - mostly text and few illustrations.
I have the same problem wih e-mail PDFs...
Sometimes they are broken. But in my case have no solution because there no PDF in email.

WHATTT???
But I see XXXXX.pdf in e-mail attached files! I see!!!

Well, its isnt there really. When the PDF is attached to a e-mail sometimes only a entry is attached. You really think your PDF is completely uploaded, but its only a mistake.

I dont know why its happen, but happens... Many times... more than a like!!

My only escape: Request to resend and reattach email!

Better to recreate the PDF, who knows what other surprises it has waiting? Would not want it to get corrupted again after making extensive changes and changes.

I have used both programs mentiond in this thread but getting no positive results. Maybe the files i was trying to recover were heavily damaged

It also depends on how much damage/corruption there is to the PDF of course and how much data you want to retrieve. Some PDFs can be easily recovered in most editing programs.

If you are able to open the file in an editor, often it's a better option to create a new PDF from the data you can salvage from the corrupt PDF.

I do agree with him on this matter. Unless you got JPG visual to compare, else don't take the risk.

For solving out like trouble you can use next program. It can solve problems with .pdf files after virus attacks, power failures, lost data and etc. pdf recovery is easy to use and has simply and intuitive interface.
