CC version is kinda complicated, can not get used to it.
I like the CS line, been using PS since version 3.5 for ages.

We've recently upgraded to CC at work.

One +: Guidelines don't magically disappear when moved while zoomed in.

One -: Keyboard Maestro (mac app similar to AutoHotKey for Win) scripting was severely crippled.

CS5.1 is still my favorite version =\

CC slowed down my 2010 macbook way too much, I had to downgrade to CS6

You prolly gonna skip CC now, but we all know we are gonna need to catch up. I, as many, like CS6 but sooner or later CC will be my tool of use, not choice.

If CC version is too heavy for your cpu, so Older version is fit with you because new version is need some new hardware request. btw CC improvement is better than CS6.

I am still on CS6, however I am definitely an advocate of CC as bigger releases are coming through on a regular basis. Plus, I can use my seat anywhere.

Can't comment on PS CC, as i've started to use PS lesser and lesser as I move to Illustrator and Indesign, though i've not experienced crashed in Photoshop on either of my computers as some have mentioned.

Illustrator CC is truly improved over CS6 though, and they're really ringing in new features pretty regularly. Colour me happy.
