I use Adobe Myriad Pro for Sans Serif, adobe Garamond Premiere Pro for Serif. Myriad for Title, Garamond for text, and vice versa. I found a lot of books and magazine printed in Adobe Garamond and found them legible enough. Time goes by and I found myself into it.

Recently I relly felt in love with Maestrale Pro, it's a stilish, organic and almost perfect serif font

I like the versatility of the Gotham family but I'm a sucker for a good script font.

Like a lot of other people, I think Gotham is pretty awesome. I'm also digging these offshoots like Brandon Grotesque.

Hard question! I think Gotham is my to-go font. Depends on the project of course. I've also been into realistic calligraphy fonts lately, such as Frosted and Bombshell.

    Once again, better structured:

    Serif: Minion
(on eInk-eBook-readers and on good paper; I´d like to use better italics from another font; still trying around)

    Sans: Frutiger
(if big, then condensed, if small, then regular; on eInk and any kind of paper)

    Mono: Courier Prime
(http://quoteunquoteapps.com/courierprime/ ; has a nice "@" for print, while many other mono-fonts like inconsolata and consolas seem to be oversimplified for screen use only and suck when printed)
