Graphicriver is good, but I recently started to use stuff from Pixeden. Get the one month premium membership and download all you need with no limits. If you have some free time and a camera, do this on your own. It's always nice to have something original

    Pixeden.

They use smart objects and are often free!

This. I just talked my boss into getting a Pixeden account and has done nothing but totally amaze clients. The mock up is so important for clients! People are way more likely to approve something for production when they visually see it on the mockup. /fanboy

Pixeden is definitely the path to take for good quality mock ups, but don't forget to make it look personal instead of keeping everything (background color etc..) the same
It's even more important for your portfolio

I love pro site! It connects with your behance portfolio if that is a service you are using. It is really seamless!

    Pixeden

If you wish to go legal way pixeden will be the best path

    on the other side:
    gfx4you.com / gfxtra.com / bestgfx.com

But they use file hosting sites so not everything is quick and easy to access

What kind of mock-ups you are looking for. Is this a website or some sort? Or are you talking about a print mockup?
