    MAC vs Window

Dear all, i wanted to get some opinion from seniors here.
I'm planning to upgrade my old pc but still in dilemma whether to go with MAC or window.
some designer told me go to MAC because smooth and wont hang or lack.
But, some other designer told me that, its hard to get technician if anything happen to your MAC.
Can any here give me opinion base on your experience ??
    Thanks in advance. ^^

    Cool

Well there is so many pro and cons. If you have a deadline and your mac wont start you are in bad place. Only way is to wait for help from apple service it take some time. On other hand PC is much simpler to get out of trouble, it's simple to remove hd and get your files. etc.

You can choose any of them and have years of great service. I work on PC and Mac and i get job d :)

You can do good work on either platform. Sure, Apple attracts creative types (and I'm among them), and they make high quality products, but there's nothing stopping you from doing good work on a PC.

I'm working on a windows computer and never had any problems.
Mac is just too expensive and complicated for me.

I've been in the design industry for more than 12 years and have used Mac all the way. Although i must admit for the professional video editors etc PC's are known to be good alternatives to Macs due to cost $$$.
