    Use acrobat watermark feature. make an 8pt full point 100% transparent ie. invisible to the back. You have now added a layer to your pdf. Go to flattener. you will see an option to convert fonts to curves. This only works if there are multiple layers. flatten. You now have a pdf in which all the fonts are curves without ever going out of acrobat.
