    Yes best way is PDF. But you can select "Compability: Acrobat 6" for not flattened document and preserve transparencies. Then you can open the PDF in AI.

    But the X5 and X6's AI Export filter is very very non-problematic. You can try export ai directly.

    open the corel draw file then save it as .ai format thats it

    or u can convert it to pdf and place that pdf in ai

    Virtual machine installed, and then install high version of CorelDRAW, and then export the PDF, then use the AI to open, please check!

    Try using CorelDraw Export PDF or EPS, Illustrator and then open

    The best way to maintain all graphic atributes in conversion is opening the file in CorelDRAW and saving it as a PDF ( CORELDRAWX6>Menu FILE>Publish to PDF ) . You can also try saving in AI format.

    They teach me to open Corel in windows, select all, cut all, and paste in the illustrator but all this in a PC
