    Filezilla is what I use because it's simple. But an ftp client s an ftp client they all do the same job.

    I can recommended FilleZilla because it's free and have many features. Personally use it for several years...

    The best of the best for Mac OS X is Fetch. And is the faster to upload.

    Cyberduck for mac is very straightforward and has dreamweaver edit feature

    I use filezilla everytime I upload new files in my hosting account. I never had a problem with it.

    I think the best FTP software is Total Commander. It's also a great replacement of Windows Explorer. I've been using it for the last 12 years. It is very stable. I don't remember it ever crushing. Also, it is free and highly customizable.

    Transmit has a nicer clean interface but Filezilla is a good choice.
