    Question Font installation problems?

So I install FF DIN Pro, a total of 20 font files. The Condensed versions of the fonts, 10 in total across 5 weights w/ associated italics, never show up in Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

I'm using Windows 8 and the newest versions of Adobe CC. Also, in NexusFont I can see the fonts I've installed so they should be there...just saying. I'm guessing there's some kind of naming conflict? If so, how can I resolve it?

    Thanks, all!

Try uninstalling all these fonts. Then reinstall ONLY-1 of them. If it shows up in illustrator, you have a font naming problem. If it doesn't show up you have an unsupported font style or corrupted font. If you need to rename the fonts, use a font creation program.

also a problem i notice is having too many fonts installed,i use extensis 4 and i ahve way too many installed so my solution was to place them in categories according to my projects and only use those and temporarily use them along with system fonts. hope this also helps.

Perhaps they use different names than the other DIN fonts and therefore shows up on different places in Adobes font manager.
