    Flexisign Pro software

Do any of you guys use it, if so how stable is it, and would you use it instead of Illustrator and Corel Draw, or would you still prefer to use these programs for designing? I've heard mixed things about it, but interested to hear valid opinions from here

For designing purposes ... CorelDraw is a very easy software. For me it is easier than Illustrator and allows you to do almost the same. Flexisign allows you to send the design to the plotter but at the same time you can use it to minor design issues.

There is other softwares that can be used to send your designs to the plotter, for instance, Summa uses SumaCut (free at his homepage).

    Best regards,

I use Illustrator for designing and then import the design with flexisign to cut it in the plotter.

I think Flexisign is a limited tool for designing. I'm talking of FlexiSign 7.5, the version I'm using, I don't know newer versions....

i use flexi for quick contour cutting and it works great .. i use illustrator alot to prep vectors and set up the boards but flexisigns contour option is quick and works.

also use it for multi colour logo cutting, makes me automatic crop marks and sets up the cuts, easy peasy.

This might be an odd question but does Flexisign work for any plotter? I just got a used machine and I'm in the process of setting it up and learning how to use it.
