FFEI real pro is Founder's PASharp rebranded.
It's a close copy of esko's deskpack and the plugins are indeed very useful.
The only catch (for me) is that from v5.5 on (x64), the UI is based on Adobe extensions, with Adobe flash animations for load / unload, which at times may be a bit slow.
I had the chance to test drive the recently released v7.0 and must say it seems a lot faster and now has CC 2015 support.
Another issue is that Adobe has recently discontinued their extension manager, making it tricky to install extensions in CC2015...

    cheers

    Thanks for the answer!

And about its capability of import CAD files and Step&Repeat? Do you have any thoughts on this?

the s&r is copied from esko artpro's s&r module.
it has a "S&R with CAD layout", so it should support CAD, although it doesn't support esko artioscad's native .ard format (go figure it out why ).
i've used the S&R in older versions of PASharp/RealPro and it seems very complete, with all the options and marks you need to do a professional job.
i'm suspicious, because i'm a fan of Founder software, so you should get some more feedback before making a decision.
in between esko and founder, if founder is cheaper, i'd definitely go with founder, if it was the opposite i'd go with esko. they're both valid and good pieces of software.
