CS5 works fine on Lion. I've upgraded my home mac and tested it. Unfortunately I can't upgrade my work one because Prinect 10 does not support it yet. just waiting for the update.

    Mac OS X 10.7.1

I'm running Adobe Master collection on Mac OS X 10.7.1 and haven't had any problems. Is it worth upgrading to CS 5.5 or could I just hang on for a full version update?

Although CS5(.5) works perfectly in Lion, my old Appletalk network printer and my Creo RIP will not. Seems Apple tossed out Appletalk support in Snow Leopard already. Just something to be aware of when switching from osx 10.5 Leopard to 10.7 Lion like I did.

I have encountered crashing on my 2011 2.7 i7 macbook pro with lion not bad but ever so often then photoshop has quite a few glitches however I can't point to lion as the cause but I had no issues prior.

It doesn't only "seem", but it's completely official: OS 10.6 doesn't support AppleTalk... try to use TCP/IP

No problems here, mate. The only issue I have is Acrobat X crashing here and there, but thats because it's an issue with PitStop Pro.

It's doing it to 9 as well, yeah.. I'm sure Enfocus will resolve it.

    OSX Lion Incompatibilities...

For OSX Lion. The biggest problem I have experienced, is with Screens Trueflow client. Like with OSX Snow Leopard, it needed a Java engine DOWNGRADE to 1.4.2? I think instead of the Java 1.6. However, OSX Lion just does not work at all even if you try to downgrade the Java Engine. I've called Screen Tech support 4-5 times already.. They say they are working on a fix, was suppose to be done end of September, but now has been pushed back to end of October. So best not to upgrade to OSX Lion if you are on any type of trueflow production line. I might have some info on Creo systems too. but those clients aren't upgrade crazy.. Hope this helps.

    TCP/IP issues and appletalk.

Ummm.. Whoever said appletalk isn't supported anymore is totally right. You can however run PC/Maclan in PC mode with Bootcamp or VMWARE, Parallels etc. But what's the use? right? Umm.. TCP/IP is right but instead of logging in to your network as .AFP (apple file protocol). Use (.SMB) samba sharing which is pretty much the standard now across the board. Printers, NAS servers, SNAP servers running Linux.. etc. etc... Hope this helps. Good luck and take care. =o)

When I upgraded to 10.7.1 a lot of my issues went away. Coincidence perhaps?
