VersaWorks is designed and engineered for Roland printers. I would use that. What Roland printer do you have?

I have tried kaldera and efi colorprof xf with roland vs 640 (cmykLcLm +wh +silver) like alternative to versaworks with no significant success. Roland have best support with profiles for versaworks you will find in large format printing industry so no need to experiment with materials and doing profiles your self. And you get it for free with printer. Profiling with other rip's is expensive and time consuming. Using versaworks for two years with great success.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers.
