    Why don't you just draw in illustrator? I think it's easier than unnecessarily convert bitmaps to vectors. Despite the fact that you create a flood of paths.

    Photoshop is a no go. Try FontLab

    Better off using illustrator than photoshop. you would have to convert it regardless
