Creating PDFs from InDesign CS4 vs InDesign CS5

I have prblems sometimes creating PDFs using InDesign CS4. App quits I believe due to font issues. Using Suitcase Fusion with all fonts installed & displaying correctly, I create PDF & App. quits. Try the same using InDesign CS5, no problem at all.
Does anyone have similar issues? Thanks in response.

Try to use the Console to know what is the reason of the crash. (App/utility/console)

    Hope that helps

Try to disable all the fonts and make the PDF. If it works probably yo have any damaged font.
Try Fontdoctor or in Suitcase Panel use the tool to search for damaged fonts.
Sometimes, some years ago, it happened to me to have some problems with truetype fonts. What I did was to convert those fonts with Transtype, Fontlab or Fontographer to Opentype or Postcript Type 1.

I don't have any issues, try deleting everything and re installing, a bit drastic but normally solves the answer.

Which fonts do you use in the document that crashes Indesign?
Try deleting, one after another, the objects on the page to see if the problem goes away.

Possible software conflicts, it is recommended to reinstall the software。
