    I have tested many but I mainly use FontExplorer X Pro 3 for OSX and FontAgent Pro 3 for WIN.

    Extensis Suitcase Fusion v2 is what I use right now. Anything it's better than windows handling fonts :)

    I use fontexplorer pro, is faster than suitcase and handle better system fonts and caches, even program caches.
