I use Font book at work and Suitcase Fusion at home.

Although I'm probably going to get rid of suitcase completely when I get my new Macbook

I prefer to manage fonts manually, by moving them in and out of the OS font folder.

For previewing, I use Font Explorer.

With FontExpert, you can assign keywords, categories, ratings and captions in new Tags view.

It's also includes Missing Fonts Loader plug-in for Adobe InDesign, and for Adobe Illustrator.

I use the font thing from sue fisher. It works like a charm.
    Doesn't handle open types though..

I use Suitcase Fusion as well, it's not the best interface or piece of software - but it gets the job d, and it communicates well with Adobe software.
I haven't found anything that works better, for now.

I use Linotype Fontexplorer X for Mac and it's a great program. It's like iTunes but with fonts haha

I try to keep my MacBook as clean as possible and so I use FontBook. I find it sufficient for my needs.

Comes as a default app, which is a bonus.

I'm a fan of Fontcase but just for the interface. I've heard that Fontexplorer is a very good option.
