I use FontExpert 2009 and Printers Apprentice 8, but often fail and close.

FontExpert can handle a large amount of fonts files.
DiskFont is a very handy little tool to work in Adobe Suite with.

i highly recommend it. Its got self activation plug-ins for almost all design software and can organize your fonts all in batch. been using it for 4 years now. i looooove it. and never once had an issue.
