    Not work for me. I downloaded early. Not installed at all. :(

    I hear, what CS5 for Mac is not cracking.

    maybe its just your MAC machine? there are Intel and PowerPC architectures. Maybe its because of the old PowerPC architecture?

    PowerPC is a good hint. just check out your architecture.

    Should we wait for a possible CS6 coming out or is it worth it investing in CS5.5 now

    you are quite correct.
    I know of people still using photoshop 5,6 and 7 and still generating high quality work.
    I guess it all boils down to personal preference

    Photoshop 7 - was а good version. This is my opinion - next good version CS3.

    Attention:Illustrator and Photoshop is still version 5,not upgrade.

    some illustrator plugins can make do this...and just import to indesign
