I'll be using CS6 until some pries it out of my cold, dead hands!

I've been a loyal customer for too long to have to revert to renting the software. If I pay for my car monthly, after a while I own a car.... the thought of having to pay monthly, indefinitely, for basically the same thing I've already paid thousands for doesn't sit well.

Initially, it seems like such a silly thing for Adobe to do. We're so used to buying software and thinking that we'll be keeping it forever. However, in my experience, we upgrade to new software each time a new version comes out. In the long run, it can save you a lot of my.

well not anymore that is. But the monthly amount is fair for what you get, in a few months we will all be so used to the subscription and just accept our rolls as cows in the Adobe dairy farm
I propose to consider the following case: I have an application running but I'm not doing anything in it . What to pay?
Payment must be only for user actions.

I think it's a bad decision that's only going to further encourage competition for them.. that being said, I'm working on CS6 and unless some absolutely amazing updates start appearing I don't see a need to switch anytime soon..

I like the Cloud solution, however I'm really upset that Adobe has different pricing for Europe and US... the ? So I'm still stuck on CS6

Actually, I see, that Adobe invest more for stupid marketing instead of software features.

Always felt the cloud was like paying in installments, great for the short run but not for the long...
