    Fontlab Studio and MacBook Retina

Hi, does someone know about a version of Fontlab Studio able to use the full potential of Retina screens on Mac? I have been looking on the internet but it seems like it is not released yet. I tried the demo version of Fontlab Studio 5.1.4 but it is still a bad resolution. I need it for school making this problem even more annoying.

Thanks in advance for your help!

It seems that many in the type community are complaining about the slowness of Fontlab updates, especially for Mac.

Perhaps jump over to RoboFont? It has supported retina since 1.3 I believe.

Fredrick will give you a year-long student license to use RoboFont free if your faculty member fills out the form on the website: http://doc.robofont.com/student-license-info/

Thank you for your answer, I also tried Glyphs, which I can work with but the problem is that I get lessons on Fontlab in my studies, so it's better I also have it.
I will check that license for Robofont, it looks closer to Fontlab than Glyphs.

I just checked the Robofont's student license but they don't deliver a license for a single student, it works via the school.

It does have to go through a faculty member, but the software is supposed to be installed on the student's own computers… not installed in computer labs
