Font name display in MS Office applications?

    Hi guys,

I have a question regarding weird symbols/fonts included in the Font name display in drop-down menu in Microsoft Word 2010.

As you can see, next to the font name Heron Sans, on the right side there are weird rectangulars which I would like to get rid off.

I have download DTL OTMaster v2.4, edited 'CFF top dictionary' under 'CFF' table and 'name' records under 'name' table.

I have tried to generate edited .otf fonts with FontLab studio but many tables are excluded from the generated fonts.

As I am a newbie in font editing could some of you guys explain what should I do/edit to see just the font name in the list?

    Many thanks in advance!
