    Lyno "Jean" is pretty similar

    It might have been manipulated from a font similar to Octin Sports (despite the lower slab in the D is absent).
    There are also some deformations within the same characters that are mirrored, case in point: U, A, I...and if it really is a typeface, it does need to have those alternates as well as the different deformations in the letter S.
