I go through phases. I was Brandon and Proxima Nova for a while, currently I'm using a lot of Akzidenz Grotesk and Joanna.

    Circular from Lineto (https://lineto.com/The+Fonts/Font+Categories/Text+Fonts/Circular/)

    San Francisco form Apple (https://developer.apple.com/fonts/)

I love the look of the handwritten caligraphy style that is super popular right now - although its pretty overdone at the moment and I think most are growing a bit tired of it.

My trusty go to font that I have loved for as long as I can remember is Gill Sans by Monotype :) Always looks great IMO.

Use to be Didot Bold Italic, but I'd have to say my favorite font right now is Colorplan "Paperweight" :D

While I have lots of favorites, the one I can single out here is the one I would want to have if stranded on a desert island. That would be Font Bureau's Apres, created as the "hard copy" complement to the absolutely wonderful and underrated Prelude, the system font for the pioneering smartphone OS, webOS, which was Palm's last-ditch effort to compete with Android and iOS. Apres is distinctive and clean. I love how the the stem of the lowercase "y" pulls. I use Apres or Prelude whenever I can on my laptop.

Antique Olive for sure. Still waiting for a brief that permits me to use it on a job though.
