Extensis Suitcase also finds and manages duplicate fonts. There is a tutorial here:

I use NexusFont. This program is awesome. You can delete duplicates easily, make categories and just sort through them great. I would recommend this. :)

I have an app on my computer called Duplicate File Finder 4...if the files are titled the same, it will work for any files on your computer. Hope this helps! =)

I'd definitely recommend NexusFont if you're looking for a free option for organizing and deleting duplicate fonts.

    TypeDNA

I'm using TypeDNA to deactivate & delete duplicate fonts.

I'd recommend Font Doctor for detecting duplicates. It's sold separately but also bundled with the current version of Suitcase Fusion.

I recommend you first get fixated when making downloads, otherwise just open the folder and type in the name wide in the search bar and then you can visializar the repeated. "Not uninstalled programs of dubious reputation"

Totally use FontExplorerX Pro to manage your fonts. There's an app called Gemini to help you find duplicate items on your machine too. But yeah, FEX is the bomb for organising and fixing font duplication issues.
