    Dasha – Fonts Problem

I installed the newly-released typeface, Dasha, from Magpie Paper Works. Unfortunately, I’m unable to access the fonts’ OpenType features (as you can see in the image above): I encounter the problem when I use Photoshop CS6. Member cloudbender also experiences the same, as pointed out here (http://www.printroot.com/forum/f43/dasha-magpie-paper-works-35368/#post110106). The glyphs are complete, however. I’m confident that the copy which I downloaded from strider7 is genuine, since he didn’t make a statement that they aren’t web font–extracts. Anybody else experience this?

I am sorry to say, but this is not an original font.
There is only 1 opentype feature: kerning.
If you are using windows you can install Microsoft OpenType Font File Properties Extension:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=9552

Rigt-click the font - properties - features - opentype Layout Tables and expand the optons and you see all opentype features

    Thank you Dj.Dance
This font has all the opentype features.
I don't know if the font is original because there is no DSIG table (digital signature)
Every time you save a font in fontlab you remove DSIG table.
In the OS table The usMaxContext field doesn't match the calculated value.
Fontlab does not know put the right value on usMaxContext.
You need TTX 2.3 (free) to decompile, correct and recompile. Or you need DTL OTmaster (255 euros)
    TTX 2.3 http://sourceforge.net/projects/fonttools/
A font from a big font company has a valid DSIG this assure the font is original.
If you change 1 bite of the font the DSIG is invalid.
I have seen another problem: the font is ok in the programs but when you click in the font you don't see the correct draws. This is a Hinting program.
To correct this you can use adobe AFDKO (free). There is aautohint comand ex: autohint dasha.otf (yes, command line).
First you need to fo Fontlab - Font Info - Hinting Settings - standard stems (T1 hinting) and press the auto stems button. After this go to afdko command line.
The size of the will be much bigger but the hinting will be much better.
