Another modern blackletter (though now not so modern) is Jonathan Barnbrook's Barnbrook Gothic or Bastard. The latter is sort of an update of the former, although I like the quirkiness of the original. It's pretty cool.

There has also been some recent work to make a geometric blackletter like this, but with more faithful interpretations of the forms.

Imre Reiners Gotika is a rare and interesting "modern" version of black letter:

    More about Imre Reiner:
    http://luc.devroye.org/fonts-24165.html

Gotika was designed by Imre Reiner for Bauersche Gießerei, Frankfurt / Main, 1933, as eine neue deutsche Zierschrift (new german decorative typeface). A revival of Gotika is available as “Leather” from Canada Type (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/canadatype/leather/). Our free add-on includes 3 sets of buttonized Initials by Manfred Klein. Click on the above sample to grab them.

Another variation of Gotika by Manfred can be found here: Imres Fraktur (http://moorstation.org/typoasis/designers/klein04/hist/imresfrak.htm), a surprising mix of the clear Gotika lower case and classical gothic upper case letters.
