    Arrows!!!

It's worth noting that every style and weight of Balto comes with awesome ARROWS! ←, →, ↓, ↑, ↖, ↗, ↘ and ↙ characters are all there. Super graphic / versatile rare addition!

    Letter spacing is a mess

A little forewarning: I just tried the font...and while I'm impressed with the character design (and the arrows), you guys should know that it's incredibly badly spaced, out of the box. Letter spacing is really inconsistent...requires loads of manual and tedious kerning work.

Here's an example using Balto Black Italic:

Balto kerns fine for me with no excessive manual kerning needed, other than what I would usually do for headlines and intro copy. I set it to optical kerning for the body and its fine. I don't get the results you have illustrated weezquik. Try tweaking your settings in Indesign or Illustrator.

You're right! It was a mistake with my settings. The font works great.
