any reason to switch to Winrar 5 ?

    * thanks to Tbm for his Jeff Levine posts , but just wondering why we suddenly have to switch to another unzipper & d/l WinRar5 = another .Exe = always a risk of malware included

99% of all d/l links here work perfectly well with the standard WinRar or with 7- Zip : could we just continue that way ?

If it doesn't bother you too much , could you pls offer an alternate option to that Winrar5 ?
    (for the Jnl posts)

    thanks for considering !
