I have worked and serviced Basysprint CTPs, CREO Trendsetters, and Scitex Lotems, also CSI Platejets, all good machines but the that has my opinion to be the best is Trendsetter. it is Simple, Fast, easy to Use.

    Thumbs up

Heidelberg and Screen, but Screen is easiest to use and maintain.

Heidelberg would be my choice. It's pricey, but once you're set up there is no mucking about. Been operating since 2005.

I work on a packging company. We have some large format offset printers and We're about to buy an used Creo Trendsetter Magnus VLF 4557 refurbished. Do you recommend it?. And what is the best RIP software for this CTP? Tnx.

What can people say about CRON UV CtcP? They seem to be much more reliable than previous versions. And the price is very afordable.
