    Violet Ctp Plates from China

    The little experience I have with the Chinese plates has been bad.
    Cheap = poor quality.
    They can't take a lot of print run and leave you a lot of crap in the processor, causing an increase in the maintenance and stops the printing machines.
    For quality work printing I prefer pay a little more and save yourself problems.

    China plates - Thermal

    I´ve experience Thermal plates from China.

    And my opinion is...

    Cost x Quality = Good

    But everything depends your quality needs. For low jobs (low quality, low runs) thats the way.

    I cant talk about violet plates, but these plates are more fragile than thermal plates. Think it's dangerous to buy a large batch of plates, but doing a test is'nt a bad idea.

    violet chinese

    I have contacted some chinese plate producers and they say that they plates are high quality... Before buying risk 200$ for DHL and order at least 30 plates for testing... Chinese thermal plates have many so called categories... they have low quality plates for which you need more power and thats bad for diods... they also have better grade (for same price)... but all chinese plates are not so good like Kodak, Agfg or Fuji...
    For violet plates chinese say that price will not go down... in best way price will stay like it is... in worst case scenario the price will rise up because of low demand...
