    Line screen

    quick question for all.

    What is you maxium line screen you use the "process less" plate? (any brand)
    oh.. if is possible on what press.. humm a hamada @ 300 lpi... not sure..

    Hi,

    Azura Plates are good can be achiveable run length upto 100K without bake.

    Used Fuji Pro-T3's for quite long time. And suddenly without any signs, the plates wouldn't develop in the press machines (SM52&74). No settings were changed, no new chemicals were introduced to the machines. Fuji couldn't make the plates to work for 3(!) months, so we changed to Kodak. We use Sonora XP at the moment (more than a year now), and have a faulty batch, full of scratches... :( New batch will be here in two or three weeks...

    Our plate usage is ~20000m2 per year.

    The azura need more water, kodak is most durabilyty, but the fuji are very less water and luminosity printing.
    I have tested all.
