    PT-R4300S balancer problem

We are getting error 'ex15b' the balancer is not moved to target position.
It used to happen once in a while, but now it is happening more frequently on all plate sizes.
Right now it is impossible to work on 745x605 plates because of the error. We sometimes succeed to work on 650x550 plates & GTO plates. All the sensors are working fine. What should I do to solve this problem.

    PT-R4300S balancer problem

We had the same problems years ago with our 8600.
Every year, i had to clean the canal where move the balancer and put a very few teflon in it to help the movement.
You can push on the balancer to move it all trough the canal and so clean it and put some teflon.
Try it, it should help you...

Hi, first - clean cylinder sides (where balancers are) 2nd - look at distance between balancer hands and sensors. you can make them closer (about 2mm is ok, but you have to check before how close they will be after machine puts balancers in position). Most easy way - User maintenence, load/unload different plate sizes.
If no look maybe mechanism have some defects. so let me know if you have problems. will try to help
