Prosetter 102 -- Rotating mirror problems

Hello!

I have a problem with mirror of Prosetter 102, one day it's goes to noisy.
And of caurse I stopped working...

Mirror is 750hz

1. _____
Compressor in diagnostics shows 3.5 bar (picture)
1. This element is quit cool to touch it with finger;
2. In this tube some drops of water are appreciable;
3. In these tubes drop of water isn't present. When I turn on “test mirror” filter is opened 3 times to drop some liquids.
So, I think in this part of machine is OK.

2. _____
The temperature in room is normal. It’s about 20 degree.

3. _____
Dust in room is not present.

4. _____
About my tests
I removed the Rotating mirror, put on a box and began tests.
Surprisingly but a voice wasn't.

So, when I remove mirror and turn on test, voice wasn't and when I put on its place and run test voice was.
I don't know what to think. Have you any idea about it?

Hi,

Seems like your mirror motor having spinning mechanism problem,
but you can try to configure the mirror motor from 750Hz t0 633Hz, this will
slow down the speed of spinning and see whether got noisy sound or not.

I think it is necessary to clean the dirt. Themselves do not do service, bring in original service! For example Russia and nearest countries www.pro-delta.ru

Thank you for your reply...

Could you explain how to configure mirror to 633Hz?
I think it's help us because mirror goes to noisy when rotating is maximal spinning.
