Heidelberg Topstetter 102 Error: E517c: PH25-sensor is illegal

    Hello there,
It would be helpful if someone share some information about this kind of error.
I got CTP Heidelberg Topsetter 102. When i start the machine and set the plate into the machine. The plate goes directly to the drum, measurement is excluded. And then the following error apears:

E517c: PH25-sensor is illegal. The sensor detects a plate during plate loading.

    Someone with same problem?
    Thanks

This sensor has a procedure for electronic adjustment.
The amp is on the back of the machine, and you can see a small display lit.
Leaving the amplifier exits an optical fiber that goes to the clamp bar. Make sure the tip of the fiber is clean. The position to see the tip of the fiber is very difficult. Optical fiber can also be broken.
the tip of the fiber is clean, you'll have to make an adjustment on the amplifier.

    Practical summary of the adjustment:
Open the front and back cover.
Enter the service menu and DRUM.
Flip the DRUM ZERO POSITION. Please Leading Clamp - This command will take the Drum to the position where the sheet enters (the Drum).
    Please ACTUATOR TEST.
    Please ARM DOWN.
Please SQUEEZE ROLLER - to open the HEAD CLAMP
Cut a strip of sheet metal (may be 74) with a 20 mm wide, as with the punch holes. It will be placed manually from the front, when necessary.
In Amplifier PH25, the OUTPUT SELECTOR switch must be in D_ON (always).
Press MODE BUTTON for 2 seconds until TURBO appears on the display, while the FINE LED should be flashing.
Without the plate being inserted into the Drum press the AUTO SET button. The ORANGE LED should light.
Manually place the plate so that the holes of the punch preregistration perfectly fit (next layer up). Press the AUTO SET button again.
    Ready. The adjustment was completed.
To confer without the plate should indicate between 7 to 20 on the display. By entering the plate, shall display at least 100 more than indicated without the plate (or something around that). Being these conditions, the setting was OK.
Under normal operating conditions, the colorful bar graph is lit.
Sometimes the adjustment can not get a high value (greater than 100) with plate. In this case, it is necessary to check if the sensor is correctly positioned, making a focus of 1mm (1mm bright point). This focus will pick up on the plate, just in front of the hole preregistration. This region should be approximately 3 mm wide, and tuning is critical. To make the correct adjustment is necessary to remove the module punches. That way you can see the sensors perfectly. Normally it is not necessary to release the screw of the sensor, since it has four allen screws of 3 mm to adjust the height and tilt of the same.
    good luck!
