    CTP of screen

    My company have bought a ctp thermal machines, but the problems now is baking oven that plate which using baking machines for ps,
    the solution and temperature are different, ]
    help me for that!

    you can buy a conductivity meter,it can test temperature and electric conductivity

    see data sheet of the plate you are using
    normaly 200° for 5mn

    You can adjust the baking using acetone. Drip a little bit of acetone on the plate after baking. A drop of acetone may to change the color, but do not rinse the emulsion. If a drop of acetone did not change the color on the plate is overbaking. Decrease the time or temperature If a drop of acetone is washes away the emulsion, the plate is under baking. Increase the time or temperature

    For on-line baking i use: T=270 C,speed=180 sm / min ~ 2 min dip-to-nip

    hello, try to use GeneralUser in username then leave the password blank, because that is the default info in server, if you want to create or change username and password, just go to maintainance tools then in system setup, there is an option how to create or modify user, if the problem is not solve, you can check your dongle and license..maybe there is a problem loading your license and dongle..

    We use the Kodak Capricorn GT plate:230-240°C,8-10 minutes.You can under reference

    hello, im new to CtP system and im owning a Screen 8600N with trueflow 3 version 4.
    i have a question here, theres a problem when i run TF it keep on saying "could not connect to server" anyone can help me out? highly appreciated.

    Find technical data sheet for the plate you use. All the information are there, baking tempertaure and baking time. That also depends on what type of baking machine you have.
