    perceptual or bicubic, what are the experiences for your kind of business?

    Perceptual for people faces

    Do you mean rendering intent? For me, perceptual is the best for faces and colorimetric for spot color.

    Or are you talking about resolution interpolation/re-sizing?

    If referring to rendering intents, there is simply not a single "best" RI to be able to use for ALL images - it simply isn't possible. It absolutely 100% depends on the particular image gamut and print process used to produce the final output.

    There are some very simple rules to determine if it is more appropriate to use Perceptual or Relative intent while printing and by far the most important is also the easiest - just use Ps soft-proofing and choose the one you like the look of the best. Couldn't be much easier than that.
