A fluid program that alternates pure aerobic intervals with aero / t segments (a cardio-focused format that's guaranteed to keep your heart rate elevated). The aerobic sections are high impact and physically intense, but they're also straight-forward and easy to follow. It's the aero / t segments that are distinctive - non-stop, multi-muscle exercises in well-transitid progressions (eg a squat to a "squat with a -arm press" to a "lunge with a squat drop," that ends with a "Spiderman lunge"). The entire sequence is fast-paced and constantly changing. It all ends with a tough ab toning section. Super-high-energy cuing; Patrick is just having fun.
