    Hello gnafron,
EFI eXpress 4.5 has compatible with Xerox Phaser 7760 you can see on EFI official site. It's a good choice for this printer. Xerox don't sell any kind of RIP for this printer because it's discontinued this winter.

    Thx for your reply.

I was looking a RIP for a year. Talking with xerox's reseller about it and always the same answer : "Nope, there's no RIP on this kind of machine… its not a production machine, just office used!"

I found a old ads, and get a tricky Print feature optional information … EFI Colorproof XF.

Now, wait, see, and test… if the rip get something usefull for this machine.

Did you try it already? Would it work also on 7750?

I've tried EFI ExPress demo version on a mac snowleopard.
First shoot and… BINGO. in my case, same result between calibrated without rip device and basic rip uncalibrated (Even if the RIP gave warm picture).
Means that result should be amazing with RIP calibrated.

Didn't try the XF yet… damned.

Yes it shoud works with 7750.

color quality doesnt depend on rip software. you might get good results with an appropriate icc profile too.

but the printing machine has to guarantee consistent colors which is not possible with xerox 7750/7760. so a high quality calibration is not possible for these machines, regardless of the rip software!
