    Printer for Continuous Ink System

I am looking to buy a new A3 printer but set up a continuous ink system to save on cartridge costs. Had any had any experience/advice on this?

    Thanks

I've used several over the years...

I've used CFS on an Epson 1280, R200, R220, R1900, and 4880. They can be a little finicky, but worth the effort if you are on a budget. Custom profiles are a must. The easiest systems have been on the R200/220 as the printer carriage doesn't travel to far, and the 4880 as the carts are stationary. The R3000 has stationary carts and would likely work well, as well as the 3880 and 4900.
