I used Behance's Action Method for a while, if find its all about getting in to a system be it a bit of paper or a program and using it religiously, its a prime example of the tool is only as good as its craftsman.

The minute you lapse from inputting and updating they all fall apart and become useless
the thing that worked with Action Method was that it emailed you every day with your list of action/jobs.

Teamwork Project Manager (teamworkpm.net) -- not just for calendars, meetings, but also for project management, tasks etc.

Only for meetings & calendars -- Google Calendar inside Thunderbard mail client.

For example: My E-mail is [email protected]

then I can sent a email to [email protected], your Gmail will add a "Task" tag for this mail.

Then if you sent a email with a title "6/15/2013 2:pm Buy some milk" to [email protected], you will see a email with the tag Task in your mailbox.

Use the tag "task" as an filter then you can see all your task...
Great share, I'll try this for future task sharing/assigning.

We use Trello which seems to be working great so far. Shitty design of the interface though, but product works great.
