    Filemaker has a set of task organizers along with Gantt charts and such.

    Wunderlist is where it's at. But you can get by with Google so long as you aren't paranoid of the NSA, or don't want to be bombarded with adverts for things you put on your lists.

    We use Group Office.
    Best solution we have tried over years in our Company.

    Also i use it for my private purposes, because it is free.

    I use the Blackberry calendar app on my Z10 (which also syncs with google calendar)

    Google strikes back

    Well, I know google is the Empire and using it is kinda choosing the dark side, but GAgenda integrates seamlessly with iCal on Macs/iPhs/iPads and other software for PCs, so we use that since there's 10 of us in the workgroup and there are always at least 3 out on the road at any given time...
